As soon as you know the date of your party, please fill out the inquiry form on the website to secure your preferred theme and date. We recommend booking at least two months prior. We just need to know the maximum amount of guests invited including the birthday girl or boy. We require final guest count two weeks before the event date.
A $75 deposit will be required at booking to secure your date. The final payment will be due 10 days prior to the party. After the final payment is made you can no longer lower your number of guests. If you need to add guest(s) after the final count, we will do our best to accomodate your request based on inventory.
We also require a $50 refundable damage deposit that will be returned to you within 48 hours of pick up. If something is damaged, broken, missing, stained, or deemed unusable you will be notified and we will deduct that amount from your damage deposit.

The Glampover tents are suitable for kids starting at age 4 with adult supervision.
We use twin size air mattresses that are 76inch L x 40inch W. The tents fit snug up against them.
For kids under 6 years old we use our air mattresses that are slightly shorter in length compared to our twin size air mattresses.
Tent rentals are for approximately 24 hours. Glampunder or picnics are for approximately 4 hours.
24 hour rentals: our first set up typically begins around 10am and can go as late as 1pm depending on how many bookings that day and the location. The collection will be completed the following morning around the same time.
4 hour rentals: timing can vary but we try to be done with setting up an hour befoure your guests arrive. Collection time is approximately 4 hours after the event start time. The latest we collect the set up is 7pm.
Yes, we will deliver at no extra cost within 30 minutes of Clifton Park, NY, set up, style, and return to pick up the equipment. We generally allow 1.5 - 2 hours for party setups and 30 minutes - 1 hour for pick up.
Please ask your party guest to bring a sleeping pillow. For hygienic reasons pillows for sleeping are not provided. We do however provide throw pillows for decoration, but not for sleeping on. Please note, we provide throw blankets for the set ups but some guests may want to bring an additional blanket.
Glampover's bed linens and equipment are washed and sanitized after every use. Bed linens are washed with an allergy-free detergent.
We kindly ask that only light snacks (crackers, pretzels, popcorn, chips, etc) and clear liquids be consumed in our tents to minimize the chance of accidental spills and stains.
Prior to our arrival please ensure that the area is clear, clean, and ready for the tents or picnic to be set up. We will not move furniture or any household items. If there is any snow/ ice on the ground please make sure the path to your door is shoveled and de-iced/ salted.
No, we will work with you to provide and set up the Glampover for the party or event, but we do not stay. It is the responsibility of the host/ hostess to supervise and facilitate the party.
We understand that things happen, and cancellations occur. If cancelled 10 days prior to the party, you will receive a full refund less the deposit. If cancelled less than 10 days before the party, no refund will be granted but the party can be rescheduled at no additional fee within one year from the originally scheduled party.
